Warranty:  SBT is proud to offer a 2 year warranty on any manufacturing defect with your SBT Extreme System.  Limitations apply to the correct use of the SBT System.  Any inappropriate use of the system will void the warranty.  For example, sled or tire pulling, attaching the upper strap without looping it as described in the set up guide, attaching over sharp edges, using the foot cradle inappropriately, are the main inappropriate uses that will void the warranty. 

Return Policy:  SBT has adopted a 90 Day return policy.  If for whatever reason you are not happy with your SBT System, simple email us at returns@sbtfit.com with your order number and we will issue a Return Authorization Slip for you to easily return your product.  Product must be returned in new condition.  Any system returned with signs of visible use or abuse will be subject to a 50% refund instead of the full refund.  Refunds will be issued by form of electronic check emailed to the customer within 14 business days after receipt of the returned item.
